2. b) In the case of restrictive measures enacted by the European Commission, de-listing requests are submitted, according to the paragraph 19 from Annex I of Guidelines on Implementation and Evaluation of Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in the Framework of the EU Common Foreign and Security Policy, to the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union.
